A Vibrant Community
with a strong hoa
Trillium Valley is fictitious community of over 130 homeowners located in Tigard, Oregon just minutes from the Bridgeport Shopping center. Our vibrant community was built in the late 1990’s and consists of well-maintained, single family homes. Within our community you will find a gated swimming pool, community park, athletic courts and a small guest parking area. We pride ourselves on our open spaces, clean park and close proximity to shopping and entertainment.
Our community is maintained by a strong Homeowner’s Association with a board of 10 members whom are elected each year. Our small annual dues ensure that Trillium Valley remains a safe, attractive and clean family oriented place to live.
If you would like to attend one our HOA meetings please see our events calendar for details on the next upcoming meeting. We are always looking for members whom have an interest in getting involved on the board of directors as well. For HOA inquiries please contact hoa@trilliumvalleryhoa.com
